RDA Brakes team results in the Aussie Racing Car Championship in Darwin

Posted by RDABrian

Last weekend Aussie Racing Cars were competing at the third round of the Aussie Racing Car Championship in Darwin

The RDA Brakes team started the weekend qualifying 2nd out of 37 cars

Our RDA Brakes backed Aussie Racing Car had good pace all weekend running with the front group.

Last lap contact pushed us off the podium, In the end we the RDA Brakes team walked away with 5th place for the round.

With this result our RDA Brakes Aussie Racing Car is still leading the Drivers Championship.

Once again I'd like to thank you for your on going support to the Aussie Racing Cars Super Series which gives me the opportunity to race in the best category the V8 Supercars have.

Now to polish the RDA Brakes Aussie Racing Car for the next round at Queeensland Raceway next month.

Kind Regards

James Duckworth.

Targa Tasmania 2013 update

Posted by RDADave

There were a number of stage wins at Targa Tasmania 2013 but unfortunately a blown turbo put them out of the running while still in touch with the leading pair at the end of day 3.

Matt and Casey Close are world leaders when it comes to making Audi TTRS' go fast! They're always a threat to the White's Lamborghini Gallardo and regularly beat the field of GTRs and Porsches. Even with brake problems causing issues for the team throughout Targa Tasmania 2013 the team were in 3rd position well within striking distance of the leading Lamborghini and GTR of Steve. With better tyre wear meaning the team had 4 new tyres at their disposal it was disappointing to see the cars Turbo fail, ending what could have been a great fight to the finish
